The Supermarket Smart Overhead Sorting System adopts an "automatic lifting unit + overhead suspension system + smart sorting port" model. When a customer places an order, the system sends the order information to warehouse managers and sales staff. Section merchandisers and warehouse pickers place the goods on the lifting unit, which automatically raises them onto the overhead conveyor line. Because the overhead conveyor chain takes up no floor space, it enables mixed-order transfer of goods. Products are rapidly transported to the smart sorting line, where all items from a single customer's order are automatically sorted at the same sorting port. Once all items in an order have been sorted, an alarm notifies staff to pack the goods, which are then dispatched via the roller conveyor for delivery or shelf replenishment—delivering efficient online-to-offline integrated overhead sorting and fast logistics distribution.

RFID-Enabled Sorting & Conveyance Management

RFID readers are deployed at each node of the overhead sorting line, and products or trays are fitted with RFID tags. When a customer places an order, the system automatically identifies and conveys the goods. The RFID readers recognize and classify each product for smart sorting, completing mixed-order transmission and fast, intelligent sorting. Items from the same customer are directed to the packing roller line for categorized packing and shipment—accelerating delivery speed and improving overall operational efficiency.
